Well… it’s been a week! For those of you who came in wanting something we couldn’t make but chose to still support us by changing up your normal order.. THANK YOU! The part is scheduled to be installed tomorrow and we will be back to normal on Monday… in the meantime… this Barbacoa beef quesadilla is our Friday special. This is not your average quesadilla… think beef that’s been slow cooked for hours in Pablo’s special blend of chilis and other spices, served with fresh guacamole and green sauce. It’s the perfect way to end the week!

Ugh. We had a key piece of equipment die over the weekend. No bowls today while we figure out how to get it up and running or how to reorganize our production. But we will have soups and salad and sandwiches and extra quiche!

Thanks for your patience!
