Delicious 😋 rich and fragrant chicken 🐓 Pho on the pass today folks with sprouts 🌱 and cilantro 🌿

Also on order tempura 🍤 cod soba noodle bowl with smashed chili 🌶️ cucumbers 🥒, cauliflower coleslaw and miso maple 🍁 dressing!!!

Wanna take your tempura 🍤 once step further??? Put that batter in a syphon gun and watch what happens!!! Super light, incredibly airy + crispy 🤤 if you could deep fry a cloud ☁️ I imagine this would be the texture 😆

Cleaned up the garden 🪴 on the weekend and ended up with a pretty good haul of slightly under ripe peppers 🌶️ 🫑. I think I’m gonna ferment them and see what kinda sauce I get!!! Those little guys in the top right are gonna bring some serious 🧐 heat 🔥!!!
