Good news and bad news.

First the good—our kitchen team is back to full staff! And we are upgrading the majority of our kitchen equipment, which will make our incredible team even more efficient, making the Copper Otter experience even better. We are also giving the kitchen a fresh coat of paint while we’re at it. So long, yellow walls! 😊

The bad news—this upgrade and refresh means we have to be closed Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday this week. We’ll open again Thursday morning.

Thank you so much for your amazing support, and for bearing with us as we struggled with staffing. Kyle is still in need of a couple of servers, so if you know of any looking send them his way— then we can get back to our usual hours, and back to being open 7 days a week. 🦦🦦🦦

We’re OPEN as usual Labour Day 🦦

After an incredible summer, we’re giving our weary crew a well-earned day to recharge, so will be CLOSED Tuesday, September 8. We’re also updating our hours due to a lack of staff.

🍁 FALL HOURS STARTING WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 9 🍁

Monday–Friday: 10:30 AM – 9 PM
Saturday & Sunday: 9 AM – 9 PM

Is your seasonal contract ending soon, but you’re not ready to leave Pender? Then we want to hear from YOU!

We offer year-round full and part time employment.

Salary range is $22.00 -$28.00/hour (depending on experience), plus tips, and health benefits for those working 30 hours per week +.
