We want to be transparent with our community about a serious issue we are currently dealing with. Someone has been making fraudulent reservations in our system every time we announce new menu items — and it has escalated beyond just fake bookings.

This individual is using real people's names and phone numbers without their knowledge or consent, which is a criminal matter. We have reported this to the appropriate authorities and the IP address responsible is actively being tracked.

As a result, our Touch Bistro reservation system may need to be temporarily suspended while this investigation is underway.

In the meantime, we will be personally calling every reservation to verify it is legitimate. We sincerely apologize to anyone whose personal information may have been used without their permission.
