We decided there was something missing in the food industry and that was good smoked/bbq food. Meat smoked with a mild smokey flavor and smoked to tender perfection. We don`t sell what we wouldn`t eat ourselves. We make all our own sauces, chili, beans, rubs and so on. Nothing is out of a can, We do not add bbq sauce to any of our meat. There are at least 8 homemade bbq suaces for you to try and I encourage everyone to try them. Most of our food is also gluten free.
