If I can’t find him I know where to look! Doesn’t matter if it’s hot as a blazes out he will be dressed for winter packing boxes, checking on the inventory, quality control, building boxes or whatever else is on his list! ❤️

We met Doris back in 2017-2018 and have been inspired by her ever since! Thank you for supporting us and helping us get the word out about Table & Kin. Exciting news for the Eugenia/Flesherton area!

You can now pick up Table & Kin boxes until 6PM on Tuesdays. We met Keith Barkhouse, owner of Barkhouse Pet last week at the McPhail Elementary School Summer Festival in Flesherton. We met some great new people at the event and Keith has opened his doors for the community.

There is a moment that happens almost every week at one of our pickup locations.

A neighbour walks in to grab their Table & Kin box. They are already there. And then they walk out with their produce box, a pizza order, or a bag of frozen meals they did not plan to buy.

That is the hub model working.

We made a deliberate choice not to offer home delivery. It is not because we cannot. It is because home delivery does not actually solve the problem for fresh produce. A hub means the box is inside. Climate controlled. Waiting for you when you are ready. The produce stays fresher.

When you pick up at a hub, you are not just getting produce. You are building a relationship with a business in your community. You are showing up in a physical space. The owner knows you. You know them. That connection compounds over weeks and months.

You will save time. You will save money. But you will also be part of something that is trying to make it easier for families in this region to eat well, shop local, and actually sit down together.
