What an absolute blast this year has been!!

I cannot say thank you enough to the friends who are more like family for keeping the truck safe in the off season and helping get her ready to roll, and then always being my sounding board and voices of reason and encouragement, to , , and for getting us on the road. to and for making sure the food orders kept coming!

With the unequivocal support from our family, then on to the ever accommodating and supportive folks at and and then all of the adventures in between.

We’ve met so many awesome new people and made so many new folks a part of our . To our regulars, my friends and family, I appreciate you so much!

We’ve got some new plans in the works for what happens next, so stay tuned to see what adventures we can figure out (hopefully it won’t be too long to wait ;)

Newfie Fries!!! GAR-PAR Fries!!!

We currently have a batch of our famous East Coast style dressing in the oven to top our Newfie Fries!!! Because who doesn’t need to carload on a gloomy hump day!!!

We’ve also made our garlic aioli…IYKYK…so GAR-PAR fries are back!!!

After a wildly successful weekend supporting the and all because of the effort and super long days from some of the OG Bombshells, and even with a massive collaboration push and support from , we need one more day to restock and resupply and to get our food order in after selling out of nearly everything on the truck!

We will see you Wednesday at 11 with some throw back favourites and some new small batch delights to tantalize your tastebuds and satiate your hunger!!!
