☕️ The last 10 minutes before the Sunday rush begins…

The tables are still quiet,
coffee is being sipped a little more slowly,
and we have a few more minutes to catch our breath.

Soon the door will keep swinging open,
orders will start rolling in,
and the sounds of the kitchen will fill the room.

But for now,
it’s just coffee, fresh air, and this brief moment of calm.

The most precious 10 minutes before the busiest part of the day. 🤎
