But…. Whose care?
We gonna share stories with our guests anyway lol.
We’re stubborn like that!!
Let’s talk about Wonton Soup?
Have you try ours?
Some guests order every week.
( not kidding 😳😳)
Wonton, the soup that we adapted in to our menu, it’s not quite Thai. But… we love it.
The problem is our wontons comes from supplier. We stick to one brand for about two years. The price went up often.
Then it’s happens…
They Discontinued….
We ended up exploring different brands but it’s not what we would have preferred. Some were a bit too salty for the team’s tase.
One day magical thing happens and BOOM 💥! We found one.! Price higher than the previous but we bite the bullet and use it any way.
Hopefully we’ve made the right choice.
It’s not always available, so we usually try to stock up.
Lately thought we haven’t been able to. 😞🥺😞🤯 sooooo frustrating!!! We don’t want to keep changing it !!!!
Some guests suggest “why don’t you guys make it in house ?”
Now… the seeds planted in ours heads lol
The team love wonton on many levels
We love to make it for the team
On a day that is cold
On the day that you want something little lighter than a bowl of noodles. 🍜 and many other reasons.
So our team got together and decided that we will creat it ourselves. ( don’t want to depends on pre make anymore 😤😤)
We combined ingredients and tested the results to make decision. (We make it with Chicken and shrimps and with green onions not chives)
I learn to roll it. Lol 😅( not so pretty but it works!
The team try it and all agreed on the taste. 👌
Now We are launching 🚀 it today 😋😋😋
Now we can make as often as we like so it’s stay fresh the way we prefer 👌👌👌
