Try our signature Hor Mok Len Sornha — Atlantic salmon simmered in fragrant Thai red curry and steamed in a whole young coconut.

Our Thai cooking class was such a fun afternoon — lots of laughter, amazing aromas, and so many compliments from everyone who joined. 🍃✨

From learning authentic Thai techniques to cooking together around the table, it felt more like gathering with friends than a class. Thank you to everyone who came and made it so special.
