Last week, we brought our entire team together for a hospitality workshop led by Youssef Botros | GRND Consulting of GRND Consulting . It was an opportunity to step away from our day-to-day routines, learn together, challenge ourselves, and continue building the skills that help us create memorable experiences for every guest who walks through our doors.

Hospitality isn’t just what we do—it’s who we are. From the kitchen to the front counter, every interaction matters, and we’re committed to continuously growing as a team so we can serve our communities even better.

A huge thank you to Youssef for sharing his knowledge, energy, and passion with us, and to our incredible team for showing up ready to learn.

Sometimes the best way to celebrate an ingredient is to let it shine.

Our Chopped Salad showcases wild Ontario ramps two different ways. The greens are transformed into a bright Lemon Pepper Ramp Ranch, while the bulbs are pickled and folded into our house-made Ramp Giardiniera.

Finished with bacon, havarti cheese, and plenty of crunch, it’s fresh, tangy, savoury, and unmistakably spring.

Ramp season only comes around once a year. Don’t miss it.
