This past Wednesday Stofa Restaurant competed in this year's special 20th anniversary Canadian Culinary Championship 🏆 as part of the Canadian Culinary Championship.

We were very proud of our dish which placed third 🥉 in the competition against some great restaurants and chefs.

Big congrats to second place winner Black Tartan and to the gold medalist Yannick La Salle who will represent Ottawa alongside Atelier in this year's national event.

A very special thank you to Black Bank Hill winery who generously supplied us with a perfect pairing for our dish. Their 2023 liberte blend was a standout at the event, finishing second 🥈 in show from all the presented wines.
