Nantic carries one of the best stories on our shelf. It's grown by 225 indigenous women farmers in Mexico's Chiapas Highlands, cultivated in nutrient-rich volcanic soil using methods passed down through generations. The name means “our mother” in Tzeltal, and the cup itself is warm and generous: vanilla bean, praline, and cane sugar sweetness in a beautifully balanced roast. This is a coffee worth knowing the story behind, and worth tasting slowly.
