This Thanksgiving, we're especially grateful for the community that makes our work possible.

To our volunteers who generously give their time, our donors who share what they can, our community partners who work alongside us, and everyone who supports our services, thank you.

Your kindness and generosity help us do more than provide food. Together, we're building a stronger community where everyone deserves to feel supported, valued, and included.

To our clients and neighbours, thank you for placing your trust in us, sharing your experiences, and helping shape a food bank that continues to learn, grow, and better serve our community.

We also recognize that Thanksgiving can be a difficult time for those facing food insecurity and financial hardship. As we reflect on what we're grateful for, we remain committed to working toward a community where everyone has access to the food and resources they need.

From all of us at Orangeville Food Bank and Dufferin Food Share Grand Valley, thank you for being part of our community.

However you spend this Thanksgiving, and whoever you spend it with, we hope your weekend is filled with warmth, connection, and a little gratitude.

Here at Orangeville Food Bank, we're especially thankful to be a part of a community that continues to show up for its neighbours in extraordinary ways.

And speaking of extraordinary, we want to take a moment to celebrate Randy Hunter!

For the second year in a row, Randy has taken on an incredible cycling journey across Ontario in support of the Orangeville Food Bank. This year he rode hundreds of kilometres over 10 days and raised more than $13,000 to help fight food insecurity in our community.

Randy, thank you for going the distance-again. We're incredibly grateful for your spirit, your generosity, and everything you've done to support our neighbours. And thank you to everyone who donated and cheered him on along the way!

This Thanksgiving, we're reminded that community is about more than where we live. It's about the people who care, the people who share, and the people who go the extra mile.

We're so thankful that you're a part of our community, Randy.

A big shout-out to Jackie Eberhardt, her husband, and their crew for hosting the 2nd Annual Friday Night Bike Night.

Every Friday night throughout the summer, this incredible group of motorheads gathered at the Canadian Tire parking lot—and together, they raised $2,900 to support Orangeville Food Bank/Dufferin Food Share!

We're incredibly grateful to this crew for putting their wheels in motion and going full throttle to help us build a well-nourished community!

We also appreciate everyone’s patience with the technical challenges we experienced during the livestream. We’ll be sticking to our day jobs!

A special thank you to everyone who loaned us equipment, shared their expertise, and volunteered their time to help make the evening possible. As usual, people in this community have shown us tremendous kindness and generosity.
