We are open Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays from 3-9 pm (kitchen closes @ 8 pm). We aim to offer something for everyone's tastes and appetites. QUALIFICATIONS:
Retired or Semi-Retired? Have a Trailer/RV? Want to live at Canim Lake for 5-6 months a year? Join the South Point Resort Family!
We're starting the recruitment process now and will be doing interviews over the fall and winter.

WHAT WE PROVIDE:
☀ A full hookup space at the lake from May to October (two weeks on / two weeks off). Site has 30-amp power, water and sewer.
☀ Free premium WIFI and utilities.
☀ Access to laundry facilities for personal use.
☀ Access to our water rentals/boat rentals.
☀ We are flexible on schedule options and open to discussions (typical two-weeks on and two-weeks off). Additional paid hours might be available depending.
☀ This is a paid position. You are a third-party contractor, not an employee.

LOOKING FOR A COUPLE WITH A COMBINATION OF SKILLS:
☀ Handy and able to do minor repairs. Experience and confidence with power tools and lawn equipment.
☀ Knowledge of plumbing and construction an asset.
☀ Tech-Savvy enough to help in the office. Do check-ins/check-outs on the computer. Answer phones.
☀ Help with resort laundry and resort garbage collection/disposal.
☀ In good physical condition to help with frequent lawn care and cleaning - and wedding set up and tear down (moving tables, chairs, etc.)
☀ Familiar with boats and comfortable giving rental tutorials.
☀ Friendly and personable.
☀ Self-motivated and ready to help when needed.
☀ Looking for some lake life!

THINGS TO NOTE:
- We do not allow ma*****na on the property.
- Trailer must be in good visual shape and have a washroom/shower. Must be self-contained. Recommend a minimum size of 25-28’.
- Reference checks and criminal background checks are required.
- You are required to be onsite during your shift to act as front-line staff and resort security.

These summer days are great for laying about. …..and cats have it down to a fine art!

This is a recent painting of mine. If you are wondering about the title, it is a line from the song Starman by David Bowie, from the album Ziggy Stardust & The Spiders From Mars, and I chose this as the title because this handsome fellow is called Ziggy.

Acrylic on canvas, 16x20 inches, sold (but I do have art cards of this piece).
