Matcha Smoothie to start the day.

Today I have: 1 banana, 1/2 cup almond milk, 1 tsp of matcha (your choice of flavour), 1/2 cup yogurt, 1/2-3/4 cup of frozen fruit, Orange juice and blend.

Today I used the Candy apple Matcha, apple-raspberry yogurt, and frozen strawberries, black berries and peaches.
