Meet Kristian! Heā€™s our new lead baker at Wallflower (which is located inside Tribeca, if you didnā€™t know!)

Kristian comes from years of background in baking starting from his home country in Denmark that led him to live in London for a few years when he finally came to Canada! Weā€™re so lucky to have him part of the team!

Thank you to all that have been very patient as we went through some transitions at Wallflower that put a pause on some of your most loved doughnuts! Kristian has already started making customerā€™s favourites and will continue to create and bake some delicious treats!
