Our bread has no Calcium Propionate in it. It is completely preservative-free. This means it has a short shelf life, which is exactly how bread without preservatives should 'behave'.

So you do have a part to play, especially if you buy several loaves at once, and you would like the final loaf (or two ☺️) to have that 'fresh out of the oven' taste when you finally get to it (or them)..

We know your freezers are full of Shepherds Peppers and Roma Tomatoes 😁😁

Maybe also make some room for some Crust in Time Preservative-free bread?☺️☺️
