Fired up the pellet grill early this morning and the meat is coming along nicely. 🙌🏽🔥

The brisket, pork shoulder, and ribs have been soaking up that smoke all day. Time for a spritz and wrap as we get closer to dinner.

Happy Father’s Day to all the dads, stepdads, grandpas, uncles, and father figures out there. Enjoy the day, the weather, the food, and most importantly, the company around you.

Whether it’s around the house, in the shop, on the field, or with the kids and grandkids, thank you for everything you do to keep things moving forward.

Fresh bannock, great people, and a beautiful day at the Chief Joe Mathias Centre. 🙌

Today we were on site cooking bannock for the Vancouver Canucks and Capilano Little Ones School. It was great seeing Canucks alumni Corey Hirsch stop by, along with Fin, as everyone came together for a fantastic community event.

A big thank you to our friends at ISPARC for organizing such a great day and bringing everyone together.

Always grateful for opportunities to share Indigenous food and be part of events that strengthen community. ❤️

🔥 Teaching, sharing stories, and cooking over the fire.

Recently I had the opportunity to do a cooking demonstration with a great group of students and teachers, talking about the importance of salmon on the West Coast and its connection to our communities. We cooked fresh salmon over an open flame with local berries, made fresh fried bread, and built Indigenous tacos while sharing stories, culture, and food traditions.

Food has always been one of the best ways to bring people together.

🍓☀️ One of my favorite signs that summer is almost here!

We picked up some beautiful, flavourful strawberries from our friends at Krause Berry Farms and they did not disappoint. Fresh, sweet, and packed with flavour.

So far I’ve enjoyed them with oatmeal, yogurt, and even in pie… but we’re just getting started. 😉🍓

Every jersey, slab, patch, autograph and memory in here has a story behind it. Late nights, card hunts, events, signings, grading submissions, and now finally building the ultimate hallway setup for the collection 🫡

The LEDs changed EVERYTHING 😂
