Starting next week you’ll be finding us under this little tree in front of and across from . We can’t thank from cork it enough for letting us take up one of her parking spaces. She is an incredible businesswoman, forager and friend and we would highly recommend working with her for all your wine needs.

As always parking in the neighbourhood is a struggle and we would ask that no one park in their spots during their business hours. We will be strictly enforcing this. We will have designated waiting areas for you for while you wait for your food, and of course always feel free to stop at woods and sons for a cocktail or to dine in.

I guess I have to stop making jokes about living out my dream of parking a food establishment in an alley… 😂 on to bigger better things.

We’ve teamed up with and to highlight all the fun things you can do with a massive wheel of cheese - and no it’s not just cacio e pepe.

For the next two weeks we will be featuring this parmigiano forward dish:

Parmigiano and lemon papardelle in saffron butter, parmigiano caviar, caramelized pear and a parmigiano crema, with fried sage and a parmigiano tuille.

The truck move has taken away from a cause we wanted to spotlight for the month of November. We’d like to take a moment to refocus.

The hospitality industry has a lot of amazing things going for it but it has a darker side that we don’t like to talk about, namely: substance abuse. Our founder recently lost a loved one to a long battle with addiction. He was an amazing chef; one of the truck’s biggest cheerleaders and would be 37 on November 30.

For the month of November a portion of our sales will be going toward addiction recovery. So far we’ve raised about $600 and would love if we could double that. Eligible items are asterisked on our menu.

It’s been quite the year for everyone we know; don’t forget to hug your loved ones.

We would like to say thank you to everyone for their support of keeping us local in the community. We have sent a request to the District of North Vancouver, backed by your support, to discuss where we go (literally) from here. It’s been a rollercoaster of emotions over here…

We are open our regular hours (5-9 Wed - Fri & and 3-9 Sat & Sun) until the end of the month, serving up pasta and antipasti. Please continue to share our petition; the more support we get to stay local the better our case will be.
