WE PAY OUR STAFF. YOU DON'T HAVE TO.
Wild concept, we know.
We respect the tipping culture here. But we want to do it differently.
Tipping started as a gesture of thanks, but somewhere along the way, it became an automatic surcharge.
We don't think that's your problem to solve. That's on us.
Their wages are our responsibility β not yours.
No tips. No service charge. No hidden fees. No games. Just real pay.
We believe great food starts with a great team, and a great team deserves more than minimum wage.
Skill, experience, and loyalty should always be rewarded.
How could we expect our people to stay if we only ever paid them the bare minimum?
The best tip you can give?
Come back. Bring a friend. That's the only tip we need.
That's how we keep good people β and good sushi.
Neighbours, we want to hear from you about "industry standards" π
If a restaurant is planning to trial run this, would you be more likely to visit?
A β Yes, no more awkward tipping π
B β Food quality matters more π£
C β I like tipping to support staff β€οΈ
D β Depends on the restaurant π€
