I've been puzzled all winter, and the moment of truth has arrived .. how on earth am I supposed to squeeze Bannock into our food truck menu 😳
Eliminate a Fry fryer??
How do I keep making fresh dough while taking orders and serving ..
if I work out those kinks, where is my counter space to spread the dough??
And would Bruce even cook it correctly??
Or should he be at the window 🤣 and I cook!

But hearing, ‘I love Gramma’s Bannock!’ Sure Makes me smile ❤️
