From Victoria to Newmarket — all for a taste of home. ✈️🍣

We had the absolute honor of welcoming back a dear long-time customer from Victoria who was visiting Toronto on a brief vacation. They took the time out of their busy schedule to drive up to Newmarket so we could host their family for dinner.

Moments like this remind us that food brings people together, but loyalty creates family. Serving them again was a moment pure joy and nostalgia for our entire team.

We are so incredibly grateful to be back. Thanks to your beautiful messages, endless support, and heartfelt condolences, we were able to lay my father to rest with peace and returned safely the day before yesterday. Your kindness kept us strong.

A Message Regarding Our Reopening

Hello everyone,

As many of you know, we travelled to Korea to be with my father, who had been heavily ill. We are so grateful that we were able to spend his final remaining days together and peacefully say our last goodbyes.

To stay and comfort our family during this time of mourning, we have had to urgently delay our reopening. We are tentatively aiming to reopen on Saturday, July 18th, though we will confirm this with you closer to the date.

We are so very sorry for changing our schedule and keeping you waiting. Thank you so much for keeping our family in your thoughts and for your beautiful understanding.
