On the day we opened our doors in Vancouver, we were humbled by the presence of His Holiness Nyayacharya Dr. Shri Namdev Maharaj Shastriji — Geeta's family's beloved spiritual mentor and guide.

To have Maharajji grace our new home with his blessings on this very day was not just an honour — it was a sign that we are walking the right path.

Every dish we serve, every recipe Geeta cooks, every moment of care that goes into this restaurant is rooted in the values and teachings he has given our family.

We begin this new chapter in Vancouver with his blessings in our hearts. 🙏

We are deeply honoured and humbled. 🙏

During the opening of our Vancouver location, we had the privilege of welcoming Padma Shri Prof. (Dr.) G. D. Yadav — President of the Indian Chemical Society and former Vice Chancellor of ICT Mumbai — to Vadapav Mirchi by Geeta.

To hear him say that our Misal Pav reminded him of his hometown of Kolhapur — those words mean more to us than we can express. That is the highest compliment Geeta could ever receive for her cooking.

For us, this wasn't just a visit. It was a blessing. 🧡
