We will be closing our doors, and this chapter on Sunday March 15th . Please come and visit us over the next week for smiles, hugs, laughter mixed with some bittersweet tears (especially me), as we continue to serve up some incredible food and beverages. I’m offering 20% off all food and 25% off all beverages until we close ♥️🌙
From the moment I was given this opportunity, to getting a sign this journey was meant for me when the Full Moon rose on that beach I sat on in Mexico…the seed was planted 💫 I have put my entire heart and soul into this dream, I told myself from the beginning taking on this huge endeavour wasn’t going to always be easy, but I never want to look back in any regret for not trying and having the faith to leap 🪽🙏. Thank you for all the memories we have created together, sharing stunning sunsets over the Bay, to the many stories of our lives. I hope we have given the same gift to you with our amazing food, views, talented musicians, laughter and a few beverages 😘
Pacific Moon Rising was so much more than just a restaurant ✨✨✨
I have been so blessed to have met so many incredible people journeying through our beautiful community, and seeing all of the beloved and smiling faces I have grown to know over the past 20 years, combining my family’s previous business and my own dream restaurant. I am honoured to know each and every one of you and your own loved ones. I will miss our hugs, and all of your inspiring and encouraging words since the day I opened the doors. Thank you to all of you that know the difficult path I have walked the past 20 years, the meaning “rising” has for me in my heart. I am so beyond grateful to all of you who check in on me, especially this past year with my health taking a turn…it means so much to me ♥️ I have some more battles ahead and it’s time to focus on myself and my healing. Your thoughts and prayers will walk with me always ✨🪽✨
A huge shoutout to my amazing team and staff who have lifted me up when I couldn’t carry myself, and have believed in me and Pacific Moon Rising from the beginning. You are all incredible, hardworking and unique human beings, who I have watched grow and flourish in our Moon Rising Space and Vibe 🌙♥️🙏 You are my family, and there are not enough words of appreciation to thank you for everything you have done, and who you are individually to me!!! You are all going to do so amazing in the next chapter of your lives 💫
Last but definitely not least I wanted to thank my Mom and Dad and my partner Sean, who loved and supported me with encouragement and wisdom (even when I was stubborn and didn’t listen 🫣), I love you ♥️
To my son Liam (sorry for always pointing you out and embarrassing you 😘) I am so proud of the young man you have become, growing so much in our kitchen and always having my back working alongside me since day one. You make your Grandpa’s legendary “Dave’s Howlin Prawns” like no one else ♥️🔥
This isn’t a goodbye, this is a Chapter closing…with many more to write 🙏
