Who'd like to score a lobzter and smoked ricotta Mac n' cheese?

Generous chunks of lobzter, house made (and smoked) ricotta cheeze in a creamy bechamel. Finished with seasoned bread crumbs and a sprinkle of n'harmesan cheeze! 😍😍😍

$20 for a regular size (feeds 4 side portions, or 2 for a meal)

Tossing around the idea of doing some vegan edibles, they would be mostly savoury as opposed to baked sweets, ie; pesto's, sauces, prepared items such as Mac n cheeses... What do you all think? Opinions, opposition, suggestions...all welcome✌🏻️

Thanks to two amazing people that we have had the pleasure of knowing, and who have been our greatest supporters over our first year...

We will be taking the next step for Gentl

Beginning in the next few weeks, Gentl products WILL BE available at Cha Ch'a Java in Parksville💗

We will be starting with a couple of items that will be available on the REGULAR menu, and when we have our labelling/pkging squared away, Cha Ch'a Java will also be offering them for sale in-store

Our first two items featured will be the grrr'ger, as well as our new fried chikun (Clucky's Revenge) which will be in burger/sandwich form as well

As we progress, Cha Ch'a Java will able to offer more items as we get the word out🍏🍏💗💗

We are so super excited and grateful and humbled to be offering our products at Cha Ch'a Java and we are really looking forward to the opportunity it gives all of us!

Ok so normally I'm pretty humble, but I just made some fried Chikun and I have to say; THIS IS the BEST thing I have made for Gentl so far😮😮❤️❤️🍏🍏

So moist, so flavourful

Admittedly I have been reluctant to try a fried chikun product, as there's a lot of work that goes into it, and I was always afraid the result would be just, well-blah...

But OH MY GOD this chikun is life changing lol

We're going to do up some fried chikun this week😍

Double dipped extra crispy with our original seasoning blend💗🍏✌🏻️

It will be fully cooked and ready to re-heat in your oven👍🏻

AMAZING on a bun with your favourite condiments, or just eat as-is!

The pieces will be 5oz each (fairly large)

$6 per piece (minimum 4 piece order please😊)
