This month, our team had the privilege of celebrating the incredible staff at NRGH during Annual Staff Appreciation Day.

From hamburgers and prizes to tug-of-war competitions and plenty of laughter, the day was a celebration of the people who dedicate themselves to caring for our community every single day. More than just a fun event, it was an opportunity to pause, connect, and express our gratitude to the hundreds of healthcare professionals whose compassion, expertise, and commitment make a lasting difference across Central Vancouver Island.

To every healthcare worker in our region, thank you. Thank you for the long hours, the unwavering dedication, and the compassion you bring to every patient and family you care for. Your work changes lives, strengthens our community, and makes an impact that cannot be measured.
