Thank you to everyone who joined us for brunch and supported our students this term.

Brunch service is now complete, and the Discovery Room is transitioning to lunch service for the remainder of the year.

Our lunch menu is à la carte, with a complimentary dessert included.

A beautiful couple of weeks in the Discovery Room ✨

From menu planning and kitchen prep to polished dining room service, our Culinary Arts and Hospitality Management students continue to bring focus, teamwork, and pride to every dinner service.

With only four dinners remaining this year (February 18, 19, 25 & 26), we’re excited to finish the term strong and share a few more memorable evenings with our community.

A couple of snapshots of our lunch menu (Nov 3rd-5th):
🔥 one of the apps -Duck Confit Salad (cooked w spaghetti squash, chive, pumpkinseed oil and topped w brussel spout leaves)
🔥 the Amuse-bouche (fresh pineapple w prawn, paired with basil n honey sherry deglaze). 🔥 Both are prepared by Drake 👨‍🍳
