What does the Windmill look like at 7 in the morning?

The lights are mostly off, the air outside is crisp but inside it is starting to warm up. The smell of freshly baked bread and pies is filling the store, and the soft talking of staff can be heard along with clattering dishes.
The bread, muffins, and cookies are getting set out on the shelves as the store slowly wakes up.
