Yesterday, I was lucky enough to have Lisa from Mood Photography come out and capture some of the work that goes into a Smoky Oak cook.

When I’m in the middle of a cook, my focus is usually on the food, timelines, temperatures, and getting every order out properly—so taking good photos tends to fall pretty far down the list. Lisa captured the work, the details and the behind-the-scenes moments that I rarely have time to document myself.

These are only a few of the sneak peeks, and they already look incredible. Thanks again, Lisa! I’ll be sharing more of the photos as they become available.

SOLD OUT!

The entire July 18 BBQ menu is now fully booked. Every platter, meat order and side has been claimed — there will be no additional menu items added.

Smoky Oak BBQ is back July 18 with brisket, pulled pork, St. Louis ribs, sides and three platter options built for everything from a solo meal to feeding the whole crew.

Platters are preorder only, so ordering ahead is the best way to make sure you get what you want. A limited amount of meat by the pound, sides and add-ons will also be available.

Big news! We’re bringing BBQ platters to our next pop-up on July 18.

Expect brisket, pulled pork, St. Louis ribs and house-made sides, with options for one person, a few, or the whole crew.

Platters will be available by preorder, with full menu and ordering details coming soon.

No dinosaurs were harmed during the making of these beef ‘Dino Ribs’… but they sure did disappear just as fast along with a bunch of Brussels nicely cooked on the Blackstone!!
