🎬 A little behind-the-scenes from this week’s filming at Mitsu!

We had the pleasure of welcoming the talented team from Bamboo Shoots, who were filming a feature project for SaskTel. It was an exciting opportunity to share our story, our passion for Japanese food and hospitality, and the people who make Mitsu what it is.

A special thank you to Washi from Sakegami Corp. for joining us and sharing his expertise, and to Sarah Simison for being featured as one of our valued guests. We are so grateful for your support and participation.
