Ma fameuse sauce tomate du cross-country. Tellement délicieuse que ça devrait être criminel. Une tradition de la famille Greenberg qui remonte à mes années de lycée. Je ne sais pas pourquoi tout a commencé, mais c’est comme ça. Cette fois-ci, les tomates ont été pelées et épépinées à la main par la légende Antony 12 lui-même. Le tout a mijoté avec une tonne d’ail et de l’huile d’olive. Le tout est rehaussé de généreuses quantités de basilic et de fromage Vacche Rosse. Ça vous transportera directement à la Cucina di Bubby !

My famous cross country tomato sauce. So delicious It should be criminal, right Kevin Conover ? A Greenberg family tradition dating back to my high school days, I don’t know why it started but it did. This batch, Hand peeled and seeded by the legend Tony himself. Cooked down with tons of garlic, and olive oil. Finished with heaps of basil and vacche rosse cheese. This will transport you right to Cucina di Bubby!
