Back in 2017, my parents opened Hansang with a dream and a lot of hard work. ❤️
Since then, I’ve had the privilege of working alongside them and watching our little family restaurant grow. Along the way, we met so many wonderful customers who became friends, and one of my favorite things was seeing people come up to my mom to tell her how much they loved her food. 🥹
As bittersweet as it is, today will be the last day of my parents’ Hansang era.
The good news is that Hansang isn’t going anywhere! A new owner will be continuing the restaurant and will be using my mom’s recipes, so the food you love will still be here. ❤️
