This is not going to be our regular Friday Night Pop up..
as a matter of fact it will be our last one for a good while.

If I can speak frankly, we simply have reached a point where we need to redirect our focus and energy.

The last 4 years have been and adventure and a half, from starting our roots at the Moncton Market, working through a pandemic, and countless pop ups with The Marvelous Holy Bowly / Holy Whale Brewing; to whom we want to express our biggest gratitude, every person we got to work with has felt like family and we couldn’t ask for a better group of people to team up with for the past year.

We are also so grateful for all of YOU, our Taco Familia, we really wouldn’t be around without the incredible support you’ve given us during all this time on all of our different transitions. We fully and deeply appreciate every single one of you 🫶

This Friday, as an ‘nos vemos luego/farewell’ we will be doing our full original menu + nachos! That is:

We are days away from our Moncton Taco Week pop up!! 🌮✨

Wow! We are celebrating 4️⃣ YEARS OF TACOS!! 🌮🥳

Hola familia! We have two things to share this week:

1. We will be CLOSED to the public this Friday April 21st, as we’ll be catering a private event.

2. We’re joining Moncton Taco Week this spring for our third time, bringing to you another little taste from Mexico:
the Puebla duo! 🌮🌮✨

Inspired by this city’s rich food culture, we are pairing a Chicken Mole Poblano Taco, with our vegan version of the traditionally known as “Arab Taco”, made with mushrooms, tempeh, and lots of flavour!

For this tacolicious event we will be setting up our pop-up at Holy Whale Beer Hall and Garden for the first two weekends of May!🐳🍻

Stay tuned as we will be sharing our hours of tacos closer to the date.
