enerbrød as my plane left Denmark to come back to Canada. I knew I might not be experiencing it for a while so it made my departure bittersweet. Naturally, one of my favourite family baking traditions was learning to roll and fold danish dough by hand - not without frustration at times! Always a challange to get it "just right" and so satisfying when I did. It is a great privilege to share our love of Danish pastry with all our wonderful friends and customers and we are so proud that we now are able to serve you from 10 locations!
