How we make a Famoso Hawaiian. 🍕🍍

It all starts with our hand-stretched dough, then topped, crafted and baked in the forno until it’s ready for the table. 🔥

Sweet, savoury, and unapologetically pineapple. 😉

Today, we recognize the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation. 🧡

We honour the children who never returned home, the Survivors of residential schools, their families, and Indigenous communities across Canada.

May today be a time to listen, learn, reflect, and continue the journey toward meaningful reconciliation.
