Can we talk about fish for a minute or two?

At Your Place Eatery, we proudly sell Fish and Chips using only Nova Scotia sourced Haddock.

You may not know that many/most places in Nova Scotia use Haddock that comes from China. We refuse to do so.

Some of you may be aware that the Federal Government has reduced the catch limit of domestic Haddock by 57% in 2026.

This is leading to product shortages for Nova Scotia Haddock and obligatory price increases that goes along with it.

We remain committed to exclusively using only Nova Scotia sourced Haddock regardless of cost and we will not raise menu prices at this time.

You may notice that some pieces may be larger but will be at the same price.
