Harvest. Is. Here. Every year, over 900,000 tonnes of sugar beets are dug from Southern Alberta, supplying the Rogers Sugar Factory in Taber with enough product to produce over 125,000 tonnes of sugar! Not only is the Taber beet refinery the last one in all of Canada, but the sugar that comes from here is the only 100% Canadian sugar product (all proudly supplied by our local family farmers)!
