Happy national cereal day! 🥣

I have been craving cereal for a while now so when I found out it was cereal day I tried to make some! This is a grain and soy free version of cinnamon toast crunch, made with primarily coconut flour 🤓
And of course I ate it with oat milk 😎

This pavlova was so good you wouldn't even know it was vegan!

The meringue was made of aquafaba and the whipped cream was whipped coconut cream 🥥 topped with strawberries, blackberries, and lemons! 🍓🍋

Pavlova is a great dessert to make for your gluten free friends and when you make it this way it's perfect for vegans too 😋
