Our trainees with developmental disabilities have learned how to navigate our POS system and cash register. There's been a tough learning curve, but trainees have tackled this challenge head on. From counting cash and coins to inputting orders, they've come so far in their learning journeys!

Visit us during Possible Cafe's Soft Opening 💙

Reservations for May and June are now open! Grab your friends and family and get a taste of our menu. During our Soft Opening, we'll be experimenting with different dishes and drinks, so make sure to stop by to see what's available for the week.

Please note that you don't need to reserve a specific time. Confirm your attendance with the links in our bio and come during opening hours (Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays in May and June between 11:30 AM and 1:30 PM).

Thank you to everyone for joining Possible Cafe’s Soft Opening ❤

Last week, we held a private soft opening to thank our supporters and donors for their generosity over the years. We also recognized our Ontario Trillium Foundation grant alongside Logan Kanapathi. The Ontario Trillium Foundation’s (OTF) support has been crucial for helping us cover costs associated with building a new centre and program.

We’ve been able to make major strides in developing our services and helping individuals with developmental disabilities. We are so grateful for our community’s love and encouragement. Our cafe and Vocational Training & Employment Services (VTES) program was made possible because of you.

We hope everyone enjoyed our buffet lunch and had fun mingling with one another!

A special thank you goes out to:

An incredible turn out from our families, friends, and supporters 🤩

Last week, we invited those closest to us to drop by during our Friends & Family Event. We were excited to see so many friendly faces. Our trainees worked hard to welcome and serve everyone over two days. Thank you to all our guests who took the time to sit down for a meal. You gave our trainees valuable learning experiences!

At Possible Cafe, adults with developmental disabilities develop job skills through our Vocational Training & Employment Services program. They benefit from in-class learning as well as hands-on application by serving customers in our in-house cafe.
