Through Confederation College’s Skills Advance Ontario (SAO) training initiative, eligible participants may receive:

This opportunity is designed to support eligible Ontario jobseekers and workers affected by layoffs, reduced employment opportunities, tariffs, or changing labour market conditions.
Minimum eligibility includes:
