We took our classic, creamy Alfredo and gave it some attitude! Our Bomba Alfredo is made with Calabrian chilis (aka “bomba”) — crushed Italian chili peppers packed in oil that bring a smoky, tangy heat you won’t get from your average red pepper flake.
We toss it with sautéed chicken or garlic shrimp and serve it over pasta with a side of garlic bread for scooping up every last bit of sauce.
