Join us for a two-hour interactive experience in collaboration with Café at 3L, where you’ll dive into Colombia’s diverse regions, rich traditions, and vibrant musical rhythms. We’re firing up a live cooking demonstration featuring Colombian-inspired patacones (crispy fried green plantains topped with fresh, colourful ingredients) alongside food samples, cultural highlights, and a fun round of trivia to test your new knowledge.

We have officially entered our Sharing Situation era.

Starting after 4PM, the tables at 3L now come equipped with an actual, laminated, sit-down-and-stay-awhile menu.

Because sometimes you don’t need dinner dinner.

You need a Butter Board. A Mediterranean Board. A Dip Trio. A suspiciously easy-to-finish tray of Tortilla Chips + Dip.

You need good company, something in the middle of the table, and absolutely nowhere else to be for a little while.

And tonight feels like a very good night to try it.

THE PLAN:

Come in anytime after 4PM. Order a Sharing Situation. Bring someone you like. Hang around.

Then at 7PM, Open Mic + Jam begins.

Live music. Local humans. Snacks within arm’s reach.

Honestly, we’re not asking for much.

Dinner plans tonight? We’ve got you.

Starting at 4 PM, Café at 3L is serving our grazing boards and sharing platters — made for ordering something for the table, settling in, and catching up with someone you like.

Then at 7 PM, the room turns into our weekly Open Mic + Open Jam.

Come for dinner.
Stay for the music.
Bring your friends.
Bring an instrument if you want.
Or just grab a seat and listen.

No ticket. No formal dinner reservation. No need to make it complicated.

Monday workday Lunch just got a little more special. 🎶🍽️

Heading out for lunch on Monday? Come by 3L, grab something warm from our kitchen, settle in with a coffee, and enjoy some live music while you eat.

We’re excited to welcome Crystal Kirk as we close out our August Music Monday series! 🎙️✨

From her roots in Orangeville to Maritime airwaves and some of London’s top stages, Crystal has spent years shaping a sound that blends raw blues, country soul, and heartfelt folk. Self-taught on guitar from the age of 13, she has written more than 80 original songs, drawing inspiration from legends like Dolly Parton, Bonnie Raitt, and Janis Joplin.

Her music has taken her from viral performances and UK press features to collaborations with acclaimed artists like cellist Christine Newland. Whether she’s fronting a rock band or performing in an intimate room, Crystal brings a kind of vulnerability and vocal power that stays with you.

So, come by for lunch, enjoy a good meal and coffee, and happen to catch some beautiful live music while you’re here. ☕🍽️🎶

This week at Cafe @ 3L, we’ve got you covered in more ways than just filling your belly.

Every weekday, we’re serving up a different handmade handheld designed to properly deal with a rumbling stomach. Every sandwich comes with a generous pile of kettle chips because we’re not interested in sending you back to work hungry.

These are not sad little grab-and-go sandwiches.
They’re stacked with fresh ingredients, big flavours, housemade sauces, and the kind of combinations you’re probably not finding at the drive-thru.

But here’s the part that makes Café at 3L a little different.
The café lives inside The Leisure Learning Lab is a creative arts hub, gathering place and third space where leisure is basically the main course.

Come for lunch and you might accidentally stumble into live music.

Grab a coffee and stay to make art.

Meet a friend over a sandwich, pull out a board game, join a conversation club, take a workshop, learn something completely unnecessary, or just exist somewhere that doesn’t require you to be productive for five minutes.

Music. Art. Food. Games. Learning. Mental health support. Community.

A little weird. Very welcoming. And intentionally different from pretty much anywhere else in London.
