Pulled pork piled onto a crispy waffle, poachers on top, hollandaise poured heavy and BBQ sauce running through the whole operation.

CHOCOLATE WITH A LITTLE ATTITUDE.

Chilli Chocolate Cake;
rich, fudgy chocolate cake with a sneaky little chilli warmth, topped with bright mango peach chutney and whipped cream.

Sweet. Rich. Tropical. Little kick at the end.

Basically dessert went somewhere warm and came back spicy.
