This past Sun we were the proud sponsors of the PHSS Foundations's 23rd annual event. Hosted at Fleetway, the venue saw celebration and laughter across all its lanes.

Our hummus begins its journey 24 hours before it hits your plate. We start with premium dried chickpeas, soaking and slow-simmering them in our kitchen until they reach peak tenderness.

The result?

A velvety, cloud-like texture and a deep, nutty flavor that canned chickpeas simply can’t match. Hand-blended with artisanal tahini, cold press extra virgin olive oil and a zip of fresh lemon.

Our personal size pitas are hand-stretched and baked on high-heat stones right in our oven. They emerge warm, pillowy, and charred in all the right places—ready to scoop up every last bit of that silky hummus.
