Some people see ice cream, cookies and brownies.

We see endless possibilities. ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿฆ๐Ÿช๐Ÿซ

Do we sandwich the ice cream between two cookies? Add a brownie? Warm the brownie first? Drizzle it with chocolate? Add caramel? Why choose between a cookie and a brownie when you can obviously have BOTH?

This is what happens when the catering team is left alone with dessert for too long. ๐Ÿ‘จโ€๐Ÿณ๐Ÿ˜‚

Suddenly, a simple sweet treat has turned into an entire late-night stationโ€ฆ and honestly, weโ€™re not mad about it.

So now we need to know: What are you building? ๐Ÿ‘‡

๐Ÿฆชโœจ An experience as refined as the celebration itself. ๐Ÿพ

Our Oyster & Caviar Bar is designed to be more than a displayโ€”itโ€™s a culinary experience. Featuring fresh Canadian oysters, hand-shucked to order by our chefs, alongside a curated selection of Wasabi Caviar, premium Sturgeon Caviar, and vibrant Salmon Roe, this station brings together refined flavours with interactive service.

Whether offered as elegant waiter-passed oysters and caviar during cocktail hour or as a chef-attended station for a cocktail reception, itโ€™s the perfect addition to weddings, corporate galas, and luxury events. The celebrations pictured above are just a glimpse of the unforgettable experiences weโ€™ve had the pleasure of creating earlier this year.

She found her Honey! ๐Ÿฏ๐Ÿ๐Ÿ’›

What a beautiful way to celebrate a bride-to-be.

We had the pleasure of creating this bee-inspired brunch grazing display for a bridal shower filled with laughter, love, and happy tears. The most heartwarming part? Watching two families who already feel like one, long before the vows are exchanged.

Our brunch spread featured a hearty selection of fresh seasonal salads, handcrafted tea sandwiches, house-made canapรฉs, buttery pastries, fresh fruit, mini quiches, yogurt parfaits, and sweet bitesโ€”designed for guests to graze, gather, and celebrate together.

Itโ€™s moments like these that remind us that food is about so much more than whatโ€™s on the tableโ€”itโ€™s about bringing people together and creating memories that last a lifetime.

Congratulations to the beautiful bride-to-be! We wish you both a lifetime thatโ€™s just as sweet as honey. ๐Ÿ’›๐Ÿ

Watching your love story unfold in such a stunning setting reminded us why we love what we do. Thank you for allowing us to help create memories that will last a lifetime.

Congratulations, Amanda & Joe! Wishing you a lifetime of love, laughter, and happiness.

Truly a wedding worth dancing on the tables for. ๐Ÿค๐Ÿ–คโœจ

The 23rd Annual Lexus Golf Classic for Prostate Cancer was a tremendous success! โ›ณ

It was inspiring to see so many participants, sponsors, and supporters come together to raise vital funds and awareness in the fight against prostate cancer.

This year, guests enjoyed some incredible culinary experiences, including our signature Carving & Mash & Dash Station featuring our new fan-favourite Braised Beef Short Ribs, a live Pasta Station with freshly tossed pasta, and freshly shucked Oysters served with three varieties of premium caviar.

We are honoured to play a small part in events that make such a meaningful impact and to provide memorable dining experiences for such valued guests.

Prostate cancer affects 1 in 8 men during their lifetime. Whether itโ€™s booking a screening, having a conversation with your doctor, or supporting local fundraising initiatives, every step makes a difference. Men, make your health a priorityโ€”early detection saves lives.

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who participated and helped make this yearโ€™s event such a success. Together, we are making a difference. ๐Ÿ’™
