A big shout out to the folks at Lou Acker Machining And Repairs in Shelburne. Had a little work and upgrades to do on one of our coffee roasters and these folks came through again. Super friendly and helpful people and I swear they can fix just about anything!

Bit of a quiet grey morning today in Lockeport. So, a good time to sit and do some ordering!! Cup of coffee in hand and a homemade Apple Cinnamon Scone from Town Market .

We're excited that coffee drinkers in Shelburne can now grab our coffee freshly brewed and ready to go at The Beandock Coffee & Collectibles. We've often stopped in there ourselves for their tempting treats and more. One of our favourite places in Shelburne!!

Bay Window Gift Shop (BWG), launching May 5th!

It's no secret we serve our guests great coffee, for which we take absolutely no credit. Our fab brew is roasted & blended here on the south shore by the wonderful Lockeport Town Market Roasters, and we're incredibly excited they've created a special blend just for us.
Now, guests will be able to try AND BUY this unique medium-dark roast, whole bean or ground, rich & delicious. If you haven't visited Tammie & Rod at their fabulous store in Lockeport, you should!

If you need a gorgeous cuppa for your joe, then, hey, we have those, too! The mega-talented Sherry @ Aroo Pottery in Clark's Harbour on Cape Sable Island has designed & fired exquisite pieces for the BWG. The lobster design is a first for Sherry, who crafted the crustacean from real sand from the Island's stunning beaches.
We love the calm beachy feel to these mugs. Sherry runs classes in her Clark's Harbour Studio, and she's a hostess with the mostess!

Immense gratitude to these outstanding artisans & local entrepreneurs for helping make our B&B and BWG launch
a success.

It's now here...our new Clark's Harbour Colombian Coffee!

What a great launch we had at the Town of Clark's Harbour, Events celebration of the Town of Clark's Harbour's 107th Birthday.

We had lot's of positive feedback on the coffee, and that's always great to hear! We also snagged a few baked and sweet treats for ourselves!!

A big shout out to the winner of the photo contest Sharon Perry-Williams for the winning photo! Yes, those are Cape Island Fishing Boats you see on the bag! A fitting icon for this wonderful coffee.

The coffee is now available in our online store and will be on the shelves in the Town Market, in Lockeport on Monday. We'll also be offering this one brewed all week long in the Town Market in place of our normal Tradewinds coffee. It should also be appearing at Spencer's Garden Centre soon, so keep your eye out!
