Then again. And again. Until every guest in the room has one in front of them.

Every table leg in the room is lined up the same way.

Not one guest will notice, and that's exactly how it should be. But our tablecloths are square, so when the legs face the same direction, the corners fall right where they should and every linen drapes the same.

From the doorway you take in dozens of tables at once. That consistency is the difference between a room that looks intentional and one that looks slightly off for reasons nobody can name.

It's the ballroom version of hanging all your hangers the same way. ❤️

It might be September, but the holidays are already on our minds. 🎄

Menu development starts months out. The team gathers to taste everything on the shortlist, talks through what's working and what isn't, and adjusts from there. A sauce gets reworked. A side gets swapped. Something unexpected earns its place.

By December, every dish has been tested, tasted, and agreed on by the whole team.

You can tell a lot about a corporate event by the third session of the day.

Are people still engaged, or are they checking their phones? Is the room laughing, or just waiting for the break?

Comfortable seating, natural light, food that isn't an afterthought, and a room that doesn't wear people down. It all adds up to an audience that's still with you at 3pm.
