Many of you were probably wondering if we are shutting down our business operations. Although it became close to that we are back open 6 days a week. It has been a tough year in a few ways including battling some health problems which are day to day but improving as time goes on. We are currently at limited capacity and limited staff. I have one employee currently and it has to be that way for the time being in order to cut costs. We are looking for ways to lower our food costs as well as we have never really changed any of our products since we started. Some structural changes will be made over the next year but we will continue to try and deliver some of the best pizza in the city. As for the coming Easter weekend we will be open every day that weekend. In lieu of that I will be out of town this coming Tuesday and Wednesday (March 31st and April 1st). Store hours will remain unchanged for the time being:
Monday and Wednesday 4pm to 10pm
Closed Tuesdays
Thursday through Sunday 3pm-10pm
If the time comes where I will need to scale back to 5 days a week I will do that if necessary, if anything to have an extra day to catch up on paperwork, accounting, marketing etc.

We will have some new specials being announced here in the coming days.

We're back open. Everything seems to be working again. I will be away from Saturday, February 28th until March the 4th. Starting the 5th we will be returning to normal hours 6 days a week. Monday and Wednesday 4 to 10pm. Thursday through Sunday 3pm to 10pm.

I will now be closed on Tuesdays to enjoy a much needed day off during the week. We will be running some late nights in the new year on Fridays and Saturdays for pick up and delivery. We will keep you all posted on those days. New feature pizza to come this week(Finally! Its about time!). I will also be experimenting with some hot sandwiches in the new year. Our online ordering is back on. We had it off most of December and the new year due to shortage of staff as well as our computer finally died. Order online at bridgepizza.ca or call 403-381-1900. We deliver citywide and Coalhurst. We will be back on skip the dishes and Uber eats as soon as we have our new tablets set up, but for the best deals and timely customer service order directly through us. Happy New Year!

Due to a sellout Sunday night surprisingly (which never happens) we will be closed this Monday night the 29th. We ran completely out of dough as well as pepperoni which we will have back in stock tomorrow. I have decided to scale back to 6 days a week in the new year. This may be temporary based on how sales are in January and what kind of staffing additions need to be addressed. It is not realistic to try and run a shop solo 7 days a week and keep up with the paperwork, books, bills, and just maintaining a sane personal life and keeping your own house in order. Thousands of dishes a week is what it amounts to. My only other employee at the moment is also working every day at his other job because of course they are in the same boat as everyone, and noone is available over the holidays. Please understand that sometimes due to shortage of staff it will take me longer to fulfill your order but usually 45 minutes for pick up is maximum. Sometimes 90 percent of your sales for an evening come in a half hour worth of phone calls and then there's not a single order for hours. It's really feast or famine these days so its really important not to overstaff. When my worker is back next week and the 2 of us can establish a consistent schedule we will post an update. Thanks everyone for making this past weekend a great one. We were pretty much selling out of dough every night and spending all day and night catching up on prep and dough. Unfortunately I am not feeling well, probably because of the lack of sleep and stress of the Jay's games. Back open tomorrow at 3pm.
