We’ll be serving up your choice of brown butter sweet corn ice cream, our popular cereal milk ice cream, or a cream cheese icing ice cream topped with your choice of vanilla peach compote or lemon blueberry compote, then finished with a generous helping of cornflake caramel clusters and whipped cream. Think our iconic Cereal Killer, but deconstructed and just a little bit elevated.

We teamed up with lem's cookies🍪 and took their Banana Bread Dark Chocolate Cookie and turned it into an ice cream sandwich. A ripe banana and cinnamon cookie with dark chocolate chips, sandwiched around our cream cheese icing ice cream. Sweet, spiced, chocolatey and absolutely dreamy.

And because apparently one banana bread creation wasn’t enough, we also have our Banana Bread Cake Cup. Homemade banana bread layered between a whipped milk chocolate ganache and cream cheese icing ice cream, then topped with a crunchy crumble. Basically banana bread turned into a full-blown Milkman dessert.

Labour Day Long Weekend is here, and we’re ending summer with a BANG. This year we’re celebrating the end of summer by teaming up with a couple amazing local businesses, and we’ve got something very delicious planned for every day of the long weekend. All weekend long, we’re teaming up with gthreejer and GIII Woman to raise funds for My City Cares. For every scoop sold, Gentlemen III will donate $1 to charity, and we’ll be matching their donation with an additional $1. That means $2 from every scoop sold will go towards supporting My City Cares! Come grab a scoop, support local, and help us give back to our community.

This Saturday, we’re taking our weekend specials out of the shop and bringing them to Porch Fest, hosted by the Lethbridge Folk Club! Don’t worry it’s just a hop, skip, and a jump away. We’ll be serving up our Mochiato Cake Cup and Salted Caramel Pretzel Milk Pop at 814 12th Street South from 5pm-6pm, before moving the party over to Kinsmen Park for the rest of the evening. Come grab a cold, sweet treat, enjoy some live entertainment, and soak up the Porch Fest vibes.

For the coffee lovers who like their dessert bold, rich, and decadent our Mochiato Cake Cup is sure to hit the spot. We start with a bold Bad Coffee ice cream, packed with deep roasted coffee flavour and just the right amount of bitterness. In the centre is a rich, fudgy chocolate cake that matches perfectly with the ice cream with every bite, followed by a layer of silky whipped caramel for a silky, sweet finish. It’s then topped with crunchy chocolate cookie pebbles that add the perfect little hit of texture.

Our Salted Caramel Pretzel Milk Pop is sweet, salty, creamy, and a bit crunchy.
Our popular salted caramel ice cream is dipped in a milk + dark chocolate blend, with crunchy pretzel pieces for that perfect salty crunch. The result is a seriously satisfying handheld treat, creamy and caramel-y, with bittersweet chocolate and a salty, crunchy finish. Basically, everything we love about salted caramel and chocolate covered pretzels, in one perfect package.

With the days getting shorter again, the majority of our staff heading back to school, and some big life changes happening around here, we’ll be heading back to our winter hours a little earlier than usual this year.

Starting September 1st, we’ll be back on our winter schedule.

As much as we love that extra day and hour of serving you all, we’ve taken a look at what makes the most sense for our little shop and our team, and we think this is the best move for us right now.

Two brand new Milk Pops are making their debut tomorrow, at the Upside Downtown concert and you’ll get the first chance to try them there!

Creamsicle White Chocolate Milk Pop: a creamy, dreamy creamsicle ice cream wrapped in a smooth milky white chocolate shell. Bright, citrusy and refreshing like your favourite childhood creamsicle, but even better.

Raspberry Chocolate Milk Pop: Luscious raspberry ice cream dipped in a perfectly balanced blend of milk and dark chocolate. Tart, juicy raspberry meets rich decadent chocolate for the ultimate fruity and chocolatey combination.

These two flavours will make their official debut at the concert, and if there are any left afterward, they’ll be available at the shop this weekend!

A dreamy frozen take on a classic Italian dessert. A velvety mascarpone ice cream is layered around a tender white cake centre, generously soaked in a rich, aromatic coffee syrup. August flavours are here! We’re leaning into bright, refreshing flavours, cozy warm notes, and something a little floral and unexpected. Three new scoops to carry you through the last stretch of summer.

A bright and refreshingly tart lemon ice cream with a vibrant citrusy zing, balanced by a delicate sweetness. Throughout, toasted sesame crumble adds a nutty, lightly savoury crunch that gives the lemon base a delicious contrast in texture.

A rich, malty pretzel ice cream with deep toasted notes and just the right hint of salt. Swirled generously with a bright strawberry rhubarb compote, the sweet tart fruit cuts through the rich pretzel base, creating a flavour that feels both warm and comforting yet fresh and bright.

Our Brown Butter Milk Pop starts with a rich, creamy brown butter ice cream, packed with that deep, toasted, almost caramel like flavour we all love. It’s dipped in a crisp Oreo chocolate shell, giving you that satisfying chocolatey snap before melting into the buttery, silky ice cream underneath.
